Our server was not very knowledgeable about gluten free. He offered us some Vegan options and no soy options which obviously are not related to gluten. The chef would not cook the noodles in a separate pot of water so we asked what other options were available. I ended up getting a rice bowl with a few things not included.

The chef didn’t feel comfortable serving two people with Celiac disease the ramen noodles even prepared separately due to cross-contamination concerns which I honestly appreciate but the sushi is pretty awesome and they have gluten free tamari. They do take allergies very seriously and I’ve eaten there twice now and felt very safe.

Gluten free ramen. Menu says noodles are cooked in the same water as regular noodles, but if you tell them you have an allergy the chef can cook it separate. Server was very patient and knowledgeable. The chef was willing to verify everything as well. Great gluten free ramen. 3 choices of broth too!!
