The owner came out and told me his girlfriend is GF/Soy free and walked me through their GF food prep process! GF was clearly labeled and most items were naturally GF! First time I’ve been able to eat sushi since being diagnosed with celiac 6 months ago and I didn’t get sick. They gave me soy sauce and I asked if it was GF—he said they don’t even carry nonGF soy sauce anymore!! Great experience!!!
