Love the fact that the entire facility is gluten free. Cute location. Good coffee. But wasn't blown away by cornmeal waffles. Just different and a little heavy. My favorite one was the one with cherry tomatoes and pimento cheese. GF husband said the blueberry muffin was good.

This place is great! Super cool atmosphere and delicious food. We went for Sunday brunch and got the Space Cowboy grits, churro waffle bites and fall coffees and everything was amazing. Everything GF! Plus great tunes playing :)

Delicious food! Went there for Sunday brunch. Hubs and I split a loaded grits bowl, order of pancakes, and had sides of bacon. The pancakes were so good! I can eat a normal diet and I swear I wanted to devour them. You could not tell they were GF at all!!! I told my sweet GI hubby to eat them all up since he almost never gets to eat pancakes. The grits were sooo good as well! It was so nice for him to just order whatever he wanted with no worries.

As one of Pensacola's only 100% gluten-free establishments, we strive to maintain a menu and an environment that welcomes all. Our main focus is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen where we make foods that are at least as good gluten-free, if not better because of it. Our menu also accommodates other dietary restrictions upon request and dishes are typically made low lactose. We use high quality local and organic ingredients when possible and prioritize working with small businesses in our community.
Our Celiac-friendly menu includes coffee, tea, a rotating pastry selection, Spanish tortillas, grab-and-go snack boxes, happy hour cheese boards, cider, wine, canned cocktails, and a whole Sunday brunch menu featuring pancakes, loaded grits, hummus, and a house-made pimento cheese.

The drinks were great. We got the campfire. A snack pack with hummus, pimento cheese and the hot honey cornbread. All which were good.

this place is so cute and friendly! I asked about the syrups they use in their signature drinks and they’re all gf! I also tried their gf snickerdoodle cookies, so soft and delicious. definitely recommend!

I cannot stop talking about this absolute gem of a cafe. Everything they curate is incredibly thoughtful from the specialty coffee/treats in the AM to the small bites in the PM. All of the treats and bites are GF. The PM menu is not currently marked but they are all GF as well. The vibes are stunning. The staff is so kind and helpful. This is my favorite spot in town!
