A Japanese bakery that bakes with rice flour. Everything is made from that so no gluten in the shop and they have amazing variety. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions about other ingredients but I did not see a English menu. This is as close to the crazy fun world of Japanese bakery’s with there strange but amazing combinations of ingredients as you can get which is gluten free. I think the whole shop is gluten-free but I did not ask.
