Very knowledgeable on GF food. Fantastic pizza! I had the pancetta pizza. It was amazing! The crust had just a bit of thickness and some doughy chewiness. Best GF crust I've had! I didn't get to try this time around but was excited to see appetizer options and multiple GF options. Highly recommend!!
