Review of J.J. Pfister Distilling Co

I hate to leave this review since the owner has celiac disease and all, but I had lunch here and had a cocktail with gin. I was hesitant to have the gin, but we overheard that the owner tastes the alcohol (that is distilled to the point of removing gluten), and all their liquors are considered GF.

3 hours later, I’m vomiting up everything and super nauseous. This is the worst reaction I’ve had in years. They must have served me real bread on the panini because this was full-on food poisoning.
