Back to the important stuff! The staff was very knowledgeable of the seriousness of celiac and helped me navigate the menu.

The owner and one of the distillers has celiac and test all the drinks and it was shared that they don’t have any reactions to any of the alcohols they make. I stuck with the Rum regardless since it is made from molasses rather than the other ones offered. They mentioned it’s a newer kitchen that was created with them intent of the owner and distiller being able to eat there so cross contamination is not an issue. He marked my order with allergy AND Celiac marker.

They were out of the usual panini bread but had other bread substitutions for GF. The bread itself was amazing since it was so close to REAL bread.

All of the menu can be made GF and they are VERY careful with cross contamination. 10/10 cannot wait to go again!
