Called ahead to learn how they handle cross contamination. Was met with an attitude from the manager, who insisted a steak is GF no matter how it's handled in the kitchen. He expressed no knowledge of cross contamination whatsoever.
Clearly they think of GF as a trendy fad diet and not a medical necessity, as he was very condescending about my question.
Disappointing, as I've heard the food's tasty, which is the only reason I give more than one star. Unfortunately I can't sample it myself.
