Juices seem to be gluten free. But for sandwiches, the server told us he is not allowed to NOT GRILL the sandwich on the same grill they use for regular bread sandwiches. So effectively the sandwiches are not gluten free at all. They are essentially contaminated by design. Really makes no sense.
I had the avocado sandwich which is: avocado, tomato, tomato paste and mozzarella cheese on Gluten Free bread. Absolutely delicious! Nice crunch to the bread. They use the same presses to make it as the regular sandwiches - I am HIGHLY sensitive and it was fine. The menu is in Icelandic - but the website is super easy to navigate and they spoke English as well. There are also smoothies, coffee and drinks.
Gluten free bread and gluten free smoothies available! The menu items are not individually marked for gluten, but allergens can be found on the website. I highly recommend the spicy tuna sandwich. I also had a red supreme smoothie which was ok but you could really taste the avocado and protein powder which I was not expecting.
cute little juice place. stopped to use the bathroom, stayed for the drinks. everything is made (and tastes) fresh. sandwiches (gluten free bread +200ISK) and acai bowls to eat, coffee and juices/smoothies to drink. super cute atmosphere and lots of seating. the menu is in icelandic, but they have english menus available if you ask!
