They have gluten free bread, and can wrap your sandwich in paper before grilling - they use the same grill for all items and did not recommend I eat there if I'm celiac. They did guarantee the shakes as gluten free and contamination free. I got one, it was delicious and filling!

Notified that while they have gluten free bread, most of the sandwich toppings (chicken, avocado, cheese, etc) have significant cross contamination. The food is not safe for celiac, the smoothies don't contain gluten so those are okay.

They made my sandwich on gluten free bread, changed gloves, changed to clean cutting board and utensils, and heated sandwich on parchment paper in the grill. Very accommodating and helpful.

Very kind and willing to accommodate. Has vegan smoothie options and offered to wash the blender well before making my smoothie even though nothing with gluten goes in the blender. The smoothie itself wasn’t the best but this is your best option for food on the US departure side of the airport. Safe for smoothies, unlikely that actual food is safe as well

Excellent small coffee shop with breakfast options. I had a delicious chicken pesto sandwich on gf bread packaged in walk about packaging. They pride themselves on not using plastic. Perfect!

The have a dedicated menu & desert area. I had the tuna, avocado flat bread and it was absolutely delicious. Also had a small desert which melted in my mouth. Definitely my go to from now on whilst shopping in Liverpool. Menu says certain items can be made gluten free. They were very knowledgeable so just ask them.

only place in central zurich with a gluten free sandwich that i could find! Grabbed one before getting on the train near by. I would be cautious about cross contamination if celiac but great for gluten sensitive
