I went to Joe Smoke Meat this summer with the family, being the only one coeliac I thought I could not eat at that restaurant. I talked to the chef and he said he could prepare a salad with smoke meat all ingredients being GF. The way they are organized, the risk of cross contamination is almost zero. The chef even came on the terrasse to validate one ingredient of the dressing to ensure it was ok with me. They washed ans sanitized the zone were they prepared my lunch. I even went back during our stay because of the amazing service. I strongly recommend.
