Review of Joe's American Bar & Grill

Found Joe's American Bar and Grill on "Find Me Gluten Free" but was a little concerned about "no gluten free menu" comments from other posters. Checked the restaurant home page and it specifically mentioned "gluten free" so decided to give it a try.

As soon as I told our exceptional waitress - mad that I have forgotten her name - that I couldn't have any gluten; she immediately replaced my menu with a gluten free one! It is very similar to the version online with the main change - Gluten Free Bread. I did notice that The Crispy Calamari was not included and the crispy onion straws were not on "The Cure" but very similar.

My meal was very good - even delivered by the chef who described it as "gluten free meal" so I had no concern that there was any food mix up - we all ordered burgers. I couldn't taste the others but they said it was very good.

The serving staff were very attentive but did not hover. Over all a great experience and I will go there again.
