On the gluten free menu, it stated that I could have fries. So I asked for the manager, and asked her if they used 1 fryer just for fries. She said that they uses a fryer for fries and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are not g-free. So if I wouldn't have asked, I could have ate something that was cross contaminated. Since I was with a group, I stayed and ate something that I knew was safe and it was good; however I will probably not return because of the restaurant not being fully informed about gluten free.
