We found this coffee shop on the app and stopped on our way from Colorado to Indiana. It’s just a few minutes off of I 70. I had a gf cinnamon roll that was delicious, and my husband a cinnamon roll that wasn’t gf. The place is owned by a woman who is gluten free, so the shop has a some gf offerings—muffins, waffles, and brownies. Nice little stop off of I 70. We will stop again the next time we travel through Missouri.

They have gluten free waffles and gluten free pastries and gluten free coffee. And a drive up window to order. They two women working there were very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to get regular weekend coffee/ meal here. Very happy. My cinnamon muffin and cold brew coffee was great.

Great experience. We got waffle sandwiches with sausage, egg, and cheese. Delicious. Wide variety or coffees, teas, and smoothies. We also got cinnamon rolls to go. Right off the highway and conviennent for people driving on HWY 70. They do have dedicated GF waffle iron.

Great Safe breakfast option. GF waffle mix & iron. Also had some muffin’s & cinnamon rolls.
Did a search for gluten-free waffles in KC and this popped up. Friends had talked about what a great coffee shop it was so I tried it today. Waffles were light, crispy, and delish! they literally only have coffee and waffles so if you are hoping for protein you won't find it.
