The Owner Pete was very friendly. The restaurant is clean and busy with folks eating in and taking out. I had the gluten free pizza with pepperoni mushroom and roasted peppers. My son ha the Vegan pizza with tok mzny veggies to count. Both Delicious! Thanks Pete and thanks to Find Me Gluten free for leading us here!!

Cute little place located in a strip mall in a well developed retail area right next to I-84. Order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. There was no menu displayed at the ordering counter, and the link above wasn't functional when I tried it. We decided to take a chance, since it was literally right around the corner from the hospital where we were visiting family. I asked all the relevant celiac questions regarding prep area and cross contamination risk. The staff was very helpful and reassuring in explaining their food handling practices. The pizza chef even went the extra step of getting fresh cheese from a new container for me, as they could tell how concerned I was about cross contamination.

When the pizza came, it was on its own separate aluminum pizza tray and came uncut with a plastic rotary cutter to prevent contamination from a common cutter. Very impressed with that, as I've never seen that before. The pizza itself was tasty, just the right amount of "red" sauce and toppings. The crust was slightly crunchy at the edges, not soggy in the middle, and was able to be held and eaten like regular pizza. I had absolutely no problems with this pizza and will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

My husband, who is from this area was pleased with his regular pizza, declaring it "New York style," which he has missed living in NH.
