I wouldn’t recommend this place for celiacs. When I ordered the person at the front said that the fries, collard greens, and all meats and sauces were gluten free. Then when the food was ready he apologized and said he’d actually heard from management that the fries, pulled pork, and collard greens were not gluten free. He offered to refund me but after talking to the chef it sounded like the fries actually were gluten free (dedicated fryer and just salt and pepper) but I forgot to ask if there was a non gf boullion or broth used in the greens and pork. The next day I noticed I had a slight reaction. My guess is it was the collard greens which I only had a couple bites of before realizing the questions I forgot to ask.
All meat options are gf and most sides are too. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so okay to eat. Just ask for the traditional bbq bread slice to be left off. SO yummy.
