Really fresh, delicious farm to table- and almost EVERYTHING was gluten free friendly! Perfect for celiacs- they bread their fried ingredients in tapioca starch so anything fried was a go! We had several dishes including an amazing trout over spring pea risotto, duck with greens, bacon, fried green tomatoes… so good!! Wish we lived closer.
