Johnny Cakes

Went out of business 😕. They had been around for many years and will be missed.

I really wanted to like this place but every time I go it gets worse. The quality and cleanliness is lacking and I’ve had problems getting service when the restaurant was practically empty. My friends love their Johnny cakes which I can’t eat but they have GF French toast and omelette options. It’s just that changing management and lack of staff has made it unpleasant. There are many other breakfast places in Nyack that have GF options and are clean nice looking and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unless they change things; Don’t waste your time here

Gluten free toast which is $2 extra but they give you 4 pieces and french toast available. Diner atmosphere. Nothing special.

Have gf options but it isn't prepared gf. It's made on the same grill everything else is.

This restaurant offers gluten free bread and gluten free French toast but nothing is prepared in a gluten free environment. Everything is cross contaminated!! Be careful and check for yourself!
