Very limited menu but what can you expect from an empanada place. The salad is gluten free but the chicken to add isn’t. Of the only other items on the menu, the salmon can be made plain.

They are knowledgeable about cross contamination and their ingredients.

On the plus side, the salad is amazing and plentiful. Sometimes you just have to be the odd one out.
