Very small local restaurant. Contacted ahead of time to ask about precautions. Their fryer is only used for gf items. They have wings, fries, and fried fish that are all gf. They also make their own gf bread. They told me they would change gloves and have precautions in place to prevent cross-contamination. We had fried chicken sandwich, fish and chips basket, wings, and fish tacos (corn tortillas). All were marked gf on menu. Owners were very accommodating and told us to let them know if everything was okay later. They also said they have gf soft serve and gf comes, we didn't have room for ice cream though!
