I had the Greek gluten free pizza and it was good, and more importantly, I had no issues. I informed them of my celiac, and he thoughtfully explained the menu options and that it would go in a separate oven.

We visited JP’s pizza in Cary last week and I am here to tell you that the gf pizza and subs are wonderful! They found the pizza crust at the famous Vegas Pizza expo where it was selected as the best gf crust. It’s thin and just perfect. They even have a separate oven for gf.

The sub roll is also the best we’ve had! They went to NY and found them there.

The staff is friendly and they have great respect for our gf needs, taking all precautions to keep us safe. Highly recommend this place!

We had delicious GF pizza cooked in a separate oven, and others in my party non-GF foods. All great and nice portions! They were great taking our large order and managing several questions and requests, add ons after ordering. All with a smile and kindness.

Great experience here—they are knowledgeable and thorough, very happy to answer questions. Their GF options include pizzas, subs, and cheese ravioli. They also offer vegan cheese. They have a separate oven for their GF pizzas. I had a Brooklyn white pizza and the person I was with (gluten eater) had a sub. We were both super happy with our lunch!

Best GF pizza ever. Justin the manager took time to explain the menu to ensure what was gluten free. Got the supreme pizza and it held up. Even folded it without breaking. They have GF cheese ravioli as well as subs. Highly recommend this place. We will be back. I’ve got so many options left to try

Nice to have a place in West Cary with true GF sub option. The sub rolls are excellent. I called about the wings and they said they only provide a GF version during the Super Bowl.
