Years ago when my son was first diagnosed, they talked us through which menu items we were interested in and whether they could be made gluten free. Some are gluten free start to finish anyway. We've been ordering routinely from there since, noting which ones need to be gluten free. My son with celiac disease has never gotten sick from eating there.

Not celiac safe at all. I talked to the staff and they were confused about using separate food prep and cooking areas. Additionally they use a single gluten free sauce to prepare the limited GF menu items.
