This was a delightful stop! Since being diagnosed celiac, I have not read the words “ handmade Italian gluten free crust in a sentence anywhere. Of course there are other pizzas being made here, and it’s not COMPLETELY gluten free. They wipe things down and make every effort to be safe. They also have gluten free crackers for cheese trays, if that’s your preferred path. Five stars!
