I’ve been here a few times. GF options are a bit limited but they totally get what GF is and accommodate accordingly. I think of this as a bit of a hipster cafe in a trendy neighbourhood so if you like that vibe I can recommend this place. I usually have one of the cold bowls with fruits and berries and/or a smoothie or something like that.

I’ve eaten here many times. A few gluten-free options, and the staff seem knowledgeable about gluten. Food is a bit pricey but good! No gluten-free oat milk for coffee but they do have soy milk. Sometimes they have gluten free cakes as well. The atmosphere is quite nice!

They didn’t have a ton of options but the people here were aware of gluten issues and explained what they had available gf. They even pointed out what had oats in it. I saw the waiter write that they needed to take precautions in red marker on the order for the kitchen. I had gf toast with avocado and a soy latte. Very tasty!
