Review of Jordan Pond House Restaurant

Personally I would skip this place. Yes, the view on the lawn was beautiful and they allowed us to have our dogs with us. However, the prices are insane. I got a Caesar salad and had to ask for some parm cheese as they were charging $16 for lettuce and dressing. An additional $8 will get you some bland basic chicken as well. They also brought out a salad with croutons after I was very explicit about being GF. The waitress even said she designated that on the ticket. The second salad arrived shortly afterward. The waitress was very patient with my questions. Overall the food was decent but disappointing for the price. We got there before they opened to get a reservation and we were able to get in right away but if you’re there later, the wait will be a long one.
