This place had very long waits when we visited, so we didn’t get to actually dine at the restaurant. It also closes pretty early, at 5 pm when we were there. I think the key is to go to the check in window before you walk around the Jordan Pond area and get your name on the list, and then you have something to do while waiting. The folks at the check in window were very nice and pulled the allergen menu for me. I’m including a pic so others can see the gluten free options. They sadly don’t have any gluten free popovers, but I’ve been told by non-celiacs that the popovers weren’t even good, so I try to view it as not a big loss. The restaurant has nice views of the pond area and seems charming. Definitely worth a stop during your trip!
