This establishment is amazing when it came to my celiac accommodations. There were several options I could choose from. The kitchen is not gluten free however I was informed there is a separate frier for gluten free options and my food was cooked in a separate pan to help avoid cross contamination. I know there is a chance of cross contamination however I felt comfortable that they took my needs seriously and I had no symptoms of being exposed.
