Review of Jo's American Bistro

GF options clearly marked on the menu in two separate categories: one for items that are always GF, and another for items that can be prepared gluten free. The staff knew what they were doing; the manager brought out my dish separately and announced it as the "gluten free shrimp risotto." The food was amazing, one of my favorite dishes ever.
