I felt like I was dining in Europe, with a southwest flare. Our server knew all about celiac disease, and alerted the kitchen to treat my meal with extra caution. Literally all but a few things on the menu were gluten free. I ate sweet and spicy duck, and the chicken tamale. Dessert was bittersweet chocolate molten cake.

This was my second time eating here, most the menu is gluten free and the entire dessert menu is. The fryer is gluten free so I enjoyed duck fat fries. They also served house made gf dinner roll that was amazing. Highly recommend for a date nice or special occasion.

Great staff who understand Celiac, GF fryer, almost all of menu is GF. Plus, the chef is super talented! Amazing dining experience overall.

Such an amazing experience! I have celiac and almost the whole menu is gluten free. The wait staff is very accommodating and everyone knows what celiac is. Dedicated fryer, house made gluten free rolls that come with your meal, gluten free desserts!!

Had a wonderful meal here. The majority of the menu was GF and servers were very helpful. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Food quality was excellent. All desserts were GF on the night we went.

Joseph’s Culinary Pub EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! This was the highlight of recent trip to Santa Fe. The restaurant isn’t all GF, but the owners son has celiac and so they know what’s up. My experience was unmatched - it was a beeeeaaauuuutiful space, the Gf bread for the table was insanely good, and everything I ate was phenomenal. Had 3 full courses! All GF! I think everyone should go to the spot!!!!
