The food was always great as far as I remember before Celiac diagnosis few months ago. Now, there aren’t many options due to cross contamination. According to the waitress, their fryer isn’t dedicated to gf items, so everything is fried in the same fryer. She said they offer gluten free bun but they can’t guarantee any food marked gf is free from cross contamination. So unfortunately it’s a NO for me.

Edit: Apparently I’ve been misinformed by the waitress. The owner responded to a post in the local FB group to another person who was given the same information as me. Here’s what she said:

“Unfortunately a newer member of our team was misinformed and gave guests incorrect information about some of our menu items. For those of you that have previously dined with us and trusted us - I hope you can understand how devastating this is.

I would like to re-assure you that we do have a dedicated gluten free fryer.

Our wings and fries are 100% naturally gluten free. Wings are baked with a dry rub first and then flash fried to order. We are able to bake them to order if that is what you prefer.

Many items on our menu can be modified to become gluten free. I am currently working on a separate menu to help guests navigate those modifications.

I have and will always be personally dedicated to creating a safe and worry free environment for anyone that chooses to dine with us. My sister has celiac disease, and she finds eating out is very stressful. It’s important to me that our guests have confidence in our practices so that they can truly enjoy their visit.

We encourage all guests with allergies and dietary restrictions to always notify our team so the kitchen crew can properly clean their station, utensils, the grill, as well as change their gloves to avoid cross contamination.
