Bunch menu = salad and brisket and egg tacos
Dinner menu. Most of the menu. Keep in mind they're going to tell you fried stuff is gluten free but it's going to be in the same fryer as the fried chicken.

They're probably going to do markers for gluten-free things on the menu soon.
Someone on the staff will know what's gluten-free or not.
For dinner there are great options like shrimp and grits, duck and risotto, pork chops, salmon
