After talking with staff, I can say that in no way is it Celiac safe. The gal said almost everything has gluten in it in way of soy sauce. And if it doesn't have any sauce, it will be CC by something that has touched someth8ng with gluten. I bought something for hubby to try (he can eat gluten) and he was underwhelmed by lack of flavor.
They have a (limited) gluten-free menu here. Had a pretty good-sized portion of a shrimp rice noodle dish that had veggies - simple, but very filling & tasty. Will be back to try other GF options.
