The menu isn’t marked, but the waitress had a good understanding of what could be made gluten free. I can’t speak to the noodles since I did not order a noodle dish, but she said my dish could be made without soy sauce. I got a tofu dish and most of the time, it comes deep fried, but they just sautéed it for me.
Yes
It’s the best Thai food in NY. Staff is becoming familiar with gluten allergies. Celiacs CAN 100% order the rice noodles (not the flat ones) and all meals can be made without soy sauce which they are very familiar with. Only thing they get confused with is what noodles are celiac friendly , but the thin rice ones are. Also, fried rice is good with out soy sauce.
