This experience totally exceeded my expectations for “a hotel restaurant.” Incredible Nebraska beef steakhouse and farm to table restaurant concept. Our server was telling us about her family’s farm that grows many of the vegetables for the restaurant. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. My husband (celiac) had the prime rib with smashed potatoes and a house salad (no croutons). My son (celiac) had the gf penne in cheese sauce and fresh fruit cup. We were staying at the hotel so kids meals are free! GF crème brûlée and ice cream. Neither family member has had a gluten-reaction :)
