Awesome menu! Affordable , no cross contamination, only 2 items on the menu have gluten and they are prepackaged and cooked separately!

We cook everything with either a convection oven or air fryer so the food is not oily or greasy. Everything is made to order or freshly made for the best tasting food possible. All seasonings are gluten free as well as the items themselves.

Amazing find in the Auburn Outlet Collection mall! The gnocchi was really good and they have the best fruit bowl I've ever seen. Bonus! They can do to-go orders. 👍
Update! They now serve Ghostfish beer (maybe they always did, but today I noticed)
We have been wanting to try this spot out but didn’t know where in the mall is! I’m so glad we found it. Amazing food and super friendly owner. My daughter recently was diagnosed with celiac so this is perfect. If you are also looking for it, it located in the Unlock the Con store by Ashley furniture.
We absolutely adore coming here! Perfect for a quick bite to eat, we even go out of our way to make a stop where because the food is so good. Our favorites are the gf Mac and cheese bites and the tempura chicken nuggets. Owner is so kind, and has dedicated spaces, ensuring safety snd avoiding cross contamination.
If you’re local to Auburn and haven’t been here what are you doing?? We tried the chicken and waffles, beef teriyaki skewers, and the Mac and cheese bites. Every single thing was well seasoned and so delicious! My wife who is not gluten free asked to go back for the mac and cheese bites again. Brought the chips back to my office and all of my coworkers were stealing them. Such a hit so glad it’s inside the mall!
Tasty and great options. The little sliders with a waffle buns and homemade chips were delicious. Almost everything was gf.

Really good food! I went with my daughter who has a wheat and yeast allergy. Owner was very knowledgeable and reassuring about cross contamination. Allergies or not, this is the best place to eat in the mall. DELICIOUS!
Great find with great family friendly food. We loved that the buns were waffles, such a fun twist. Safe from Cross contamination and the owner was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. They even had mini cakes for desert.

Love going here! Mostly Gluten free but you wouldn't know by the taste! Perfect for on the go food. I almost always get the chicken and waffles and dip my chips in syrup. Owner explained dedicated gluten free cooking spaces, wears new gloves and made me feel super safe. No headache or other issues after. Also it's inside of Unlock the Con, really loved the shop too! Awesome art finds, funkos, etc.
Oh heck yeah!!! I’m so excited to have not only an option but a delicious option as well! No compromise here! I had the chicken and waffle sliders and the chicken was so tender, juicy and savory balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the waffles and maple syrup. The Wild Bill’s cream soda was great, too! The owner, Arthur, was so nice and explained how important GF options are because of his wife’s experiences. It’s so nice knowing someone understands and cares. Can’t wait to go back and try more. I’m going to leave a review on Yelp too so more people can find it.
I had a great experience at Joysticks. I am dairy and garlic sensitive as well as gluten and the owner worked with me to find a solution so that I could have the chicken and waffles. Please try this establishment inside Unlock the Con!
Having celiac it is really hard to find well venelated establishments and a truly dedicated kitchen.
Glove changes, dedicated fryer, specialized cooking areas and really knowledgeable owner.
I highly recommend the chicken and waffles or the skewers with the chips.
Found this place thru this app. The owner is very friendly and explains his precautions, he even color codes his gloves as there are two things on the menu not GF to be extra cautious in the kitchen!! So greatful to have a spot to grab safe (and delicious btw!) food on our way through town. It's a smaller menu, but definitely worth the stop and the fact that it's in a comic store makes it fun too!
The care taken to avoid cross contamination is next level. The food is delicious and more the menu is gluten free. It is so nice to be able to go out to eat and not stress about contamination with wheat
Great find inside the outlet mall. Loved the chicken and waffles. Pasta was also good. The owner is really friendly and made me comfortable regarding steps he takes to avoid cross contamination. As other reviews mentioned most of the menu is gluten free.
Dedicated GF
THIS IS A MUST TRY! Being someone who lost my privilege to indulge in gluten foods, I can’t tell you how excited I was to realize there was a AMAZINGLY delicious all gluten free food truck tucked in the outlets. The gentleman that owns/runs the truck is so friendly and makes sure you have what you need and are enjoying your meal. Next time I go shopping there, I’m getting the chicken and waffles. To the owner: THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE US WHO SUFFER FROM GLUTEN ALLERGY! You saved me from a hangry meltdown lol
My spouse has celiac and reacts to basically anything that has had gluten anywhere near it. They didn’t get sick, and we had a nice chat with the owner about their celiac-safe kitchen procedures. Love this place and was shocked to find it in a collectibles store, Unlock The Con, in the mall.
Located inside Unlock the Con at the mall, I was shocked to find a gluten free food truck! Almost everything on the menu is GF except for two kids menu items, which the owners said are frozen items that are cooked in their own separate oven in a separate kitchen area. The food was great and good prices too. By far some of the best chicken nuggets I’ve had GF. They have a crispy outside kinda like a McNugget would. The owners are super nice and are incredibly knowledgeable about GF diets, CC, and Celiac. The owner’s wife has a gluten allergy so they take safety very seriously. I got the nuggets and chips which were great. They also have chicken and waffles which can be made dairy free upon request. They even have some indie soda options with different flavors that are gluten free. Wouldn’t have thought anything at the mall would be safe to eat with celiac. Joysticks is such a great addition and makes having to smell all the gluteny food court food less painful.
