Went to JP Sushi and the servers were extremely knowledgeable. Items not marked on menu, but the servers talked us through it. We got the Ramadan roll (spicy tuna variety), JP special roll (favorite, kind of warm), and the Dow Jones roll. Gluten free soy sauce available.

Great experience, very knowledgeable about anything on the menu and what sushi has gluten in it and you’re able to sub sauce out for mayo. No fried rice or ginger salad because those have regular soy sauce. They do have gluten free soy sauce.
