This is BBQ from a food truck that expanded into a restaurant due to popularity. Very tender beef brisket, straight from the smoker with no extra, potentially gluteny additions. I had a 1 meat plate that came with 2 sides. The cole slaw was very crisp and good and the green beans were nicely seasoned with tomato and onion. The bread my non-GF hubby got with his meal was packaged in a zip bag. It was easy to eat here by just omitting the bread.
