I told the waitress I was gluten free and she was excited and chatted about their offerings. She said she’d let the kitchen know. When she came back, after I’d started eating, she asked, “So it’s gluten free, right?” That didn’t give me a high vote of confidence. The receipt showed one modification I made to the dish, but no indication the kitchen was warned. I’m not feeling too great now either because of cross contact/contamination or something not GF in the breakfast itself — the food was, however, very good.
