Cross contamination is inevitable here. Not to mention the 'fresh' 'local' steaks are from Montana.

FRESH steaks, cooked to order. I called ahead and was told all the proteins and fresh vegetables are gluten free. The meat is fresh, not frozen, not marinated. I had sirloin with baked potato, sautéed onions and mushrooms. Delicious!
