My son is a non-reactive celiac, so traces of do silent damage. He has eaten and enjoyed the pizza. I called to check their practices and they are terrible! They use the same spatula and screen (what the pizza sits on in the oven) with gluten pizzas. Same ladle, same sauce, etc. the employee justified this practice on the phone citing that the oven is "really hot" (and therefore kills gluten). I corrected him but he wasn't interested. Clearly they do not understand cross-contamination!
