Since these last reviews, Ju has become aware of celiac disease/gluten allergy and cross-contamination precautions and it's clear theyre making an effort to make sure no one gets sick there. When Ju is at this location tell him gluten-free and he will make sure things are prepared in a separate area and scrub down everything and tell employees to change gloves to prevent CC. At the Groton location, he has a female employee with gluten problems and she will definitely look out for you too. They dont have gluten-free soy sauce yet but are working on it, i'm told.

Super happy about this change! Their California rolls are the best and I'm so glad to be able to have these again without any issue!
