Food is yummy and the servers are always knowledgable. The margaritas are a bonus
They have a separate flour for non gluten items so you can have chips and the deep fried corn tortilla tacos. Enchiladas are also gluten free. Ground beef, shredded beef is ok but they said the chicken had gluten.
This was my favorite Mexican place before celiac. And I was nervous about eating there again after my diagnosis. Thankfully I gave them a shot and enjoyed my experience with no issues!
I had fajitas with corn tortillas. I also have had their nachos with just beef, beans and guacamole.
Sadly I’m not dairy intolerant with my diagnosis so no cheese.

I have eaten here multiple times, you can ask for them to not fry the chips as an appetizer. I get the Fajitas ( Chicken and Steak) with corn tortillas. I love this place!!
I was just there and told they use a shared fryer for everything. Their taco shells, nachos, etc. nothing is gluten free if it has a shell.
This place was awesome!! Staff is very knowledgeable. Had the cheese enchiladas with vegetable sauce and they were the best!! Will be back again and again!!
Juan's is conscious about gluten and wait staff is knowledgeable. Cheese enchiladas with verde sauce the best! My husband has celiac and never has a problem here.
Great first experience here! The manager/owner is very knowledgeable about GF food and drinks. The chicken and rice are not GF. The chips are corn and made in a separate fryer. The corn tortillas are in a shared fryer. They have 90 different kinds of tequila including many GF varieties, so you can get a margarita, too! Overall very delicious and we would definitely come back.
