Our waitress today told us the rice and beans are contaminated by oil used to fry dough. She also said the corn tortillas are heated on the same surface as the flour tortillas. I ordered the fajitas with a side of vegetables and chose romaine leaves instead of tortillas. I avoided the chips as well.

So our server told me tonight that everything they make is cross contaminated as the flour and corn is handled in the same area and fried in the same fryer. The bean dip and salsa are gf. The soup is not. Not sure about the refried beans or rice, I didn’t eat them out of caution. The chips are not safe if you are celiac. I got a quesadilla w corn tortilla and ate the chips and dip and did not get sick, however I am not celiac.

I spoke to the manager and he ensured he would tell the kitchen and server about my allergy. I had a quesadilla with quac and sour cream. Did not get sick. The chips, beans, and salsa are safe. I would eat here again!

Chips are safe. Bean dip has cheese and lard in it, but no gluten. Watch the Fideo soup, it has pasta noodles that are wheat based. Waitress was very good at recomendations and was very helpful.

I have been twice now and the first time we sat in the bar during lunch rush and staff had no knowledge of gluten free. Just went again and waitress was great. Chips are fried in separate fryer so they are safe. Server said red sauce, rice and salad dressings were not safe. Didn’t get sick either time.

Our server didn't seem to understand which items had gluten. He also wasn't confident about sauces or separate fryers. He tried to bring our kids a free soup with pasta noodles. We also ate beans which apparently are not gluten free. would not recommend unless someone had a more knowledgable server.

I called this restaurant about 430pm to ask about their menu. Chips are in a dedicated fryer, the server was knowledgeable and if he didn't know he asked the kitchen. The beans are not GF but that's ok I went without. When I wasn't able To have the soup before hand he asked if I would like a salad instead. That never happens! Food and price are great!! This place is busy on weekend nights but well worth the wait!
