After touring the UK Parliament I stopped in the adjacent cafe and was happy to find well marked treats. I had a GF sandwich and GF Victoria Spongecake with a pot of tea. The cake was delicious. I asked where it was made and told it’s a company called Handmade Cake Company that wholesale distributes baked goods to restaurants including many GF options. I was also told I could enter the cafe another time without a tour ticket - just have to go through security to do so. Lovely place for tea and cake while in central London!
