Very impressed. My child is Celiac and has UC. This restaurant has GF prepackaged options AND when I asked about GF smoothies the staff pulled out the packages for the smoothie I wanted for her and let me read the full ingredient list. Then they carefully rewashed the container for her smoothie prior to using it.
