Juicy Dumplings On Chapel

Had lunch here and was impressed to see a separate gluten free menu.

They are very gluten free savvy, and had gf soy sauce on some tables.

The satay chicken skewers were to die for. 🩷

I was very impressed with the variety of GF options they had, I had the GF chicken fried rice and the GF chicken and prawn dumplings. Definitely the best Asian food I have had since being Coeliac.

I was also super impressed with the effort that they went to in order to avoid contamination. They had signs above particular fryers labelled gluten free only, even the bamboo dumpling steamers were labelled gluten free.

The lady working there even came over to chat to us and she explained that they have been experimenting with GF options for 6 years and since then they have really expanded their GF menu. She asked for our feedback and seemed genuinely interested in improving which was amazing.

Overall would definitely recommend this place, it’s a tad on the expensive side but I don’t mind paying for quality, safe GF food.

Great gluten free (and vegan) friendly restaurant for all your dumpling needs! They have GF soy sauce and even use a dedicated fryer. They sell GF chilli oil as well as the dumplings by the pack for cooking at home. They appear to take food allergies quite seriously and I haven’t had any issues finding great vegan options.
