I LOVE Jukebox! I have eaten here close to 100 times and never been sick before. I alert my server that I am gluten free, ask for a glove change, area clean, utensil change, “the whole works” and they know exactly what to do. The burgers are my favorite, especially when served on the gluten free bagel. I also love the vegan buffalo “chicken” dip, the dairy free ice cream with warm cookies. Do no let other posts discourage you. I am extremely sensitive and can have no cross contamination and have never been sick here. It’s my go to spot in Cleveland and the place I feel the safest eating at.

Saw a review that the owners wife had celiac so we came all the way out here after the browns game and we were told we could not be accommodated. My partner has celiac and felt safe coming here because of that review but they said that they have a small kitchen and theres a huge chance of cross contamination and it is not celiac safe.

Excellent experience! The owners wife has celiac and the staff is very knowledgeable. I had a burger and didn’t experience any gluten symptoms!
