The wait staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and understood cross contamination. They were willing to ask the kitchen questions they could not answer. Two celiacs in our group. Ordered the Jules Harbour House salad with grilled chicken and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwhich (sub fried/breaded chicken with grilled chicken) with apple sauce (only apple sauce, coleslaw, or side salad were GF options).
