It's a cool little bohemian spot that my friend enjoys but I had to give it a low rating. Nothing is marked on the menu and they couldn't tell me what did and didn't have gluten. I asked about the shrimp and grits and was told "grits are gluten" which they normally aren't (corn) but I wasn't risking it because who knows. I ended up with a burger with the gf option, turned out to be dry frozen bread toast. I wouldn't trust this place if you were very sensitive though because I am confident I had at least some cross contamination because I woke up stiff and sore which normally happens after some gluten.

The brunch menu seemed VERY gluten free friendly , I wonder if it's a different cooking staff be ause it's like the opposite. So maybe some of these good reviews were for brunch?

It is too bad, I enjoyed the space. The drink I had was good and the sweet potato fries and home made ketchup were good.

I had a burger and they suggested the gluten free waffles as buns instead of GF bread because they were all out. I thought that was a fun idea and I also had fries with it. I didn’t get sick and the staff seemed knowledgeable. I didn’t find the burger particularly tasty but the fries were great. They give you housemade ketchup and Heinz which I loved because whenever a place makes bad homemade ketchup, I wish I had a pocket bottle of Heinz lol. Anyway, not a bad option and probably easier to eat at if you’re not also vegan, like myself.

I had breakfast at Julian's this morning and it was excellent. I asked about GF options and had an omelette and homefries - no toast. I am a Celiac and I did not get sick at all. I think they've been under new management for a little while and these folks get gf. My server was informed and was careful to tell the chef.

Don't eat here. They glutened me twice now. They claim to understand celiac needs, but the first time they gave me a sauce with gluten in it and this time I don't know what happened and I don't care cuz I will not be going back.
