I'd do a 3 1/2... I ordered a gf pizza- and the server assured me there would be no ladle contamination (you know- when they scoop sauce and spread it) but then came back and told me they don't use trays to cook on in the brick oven... Had to go back to the chef and he said he'd put it on a try in the regular oven... Just didn't give me a lot of confidence that they really knew what gf meant
